To SCHEDULE a BIP Assessment, please read carefully -
The OVM BIP Program is certified through the Kansas Attorney General’s Office to provide BIP Assessment and BIP Programming. OVM BIP provides assessment for individuals who are court ordered to complete a BIP Assessment.
*Currently all assessments take place on Zoom. You will need to plan for up to two hours in an uninterrupted space with your device. A weekday appointment can take place on OVM equipment in a private OVM office with staff assistance.
**IF you have a parole officer and are being referred through KDOC, please choose an assessment time NOT on a Saturday.
By clicking on the following link to schedule your BIP assessment, you agree that you have read and understand what is written above -
- OVM will do your assessment IF you have a diversion officer / parole officer / probation officer.
- OVM will do your assessment IF the assessment fee is paid in full before your assessment takes place.
- Cost for assessment: $125 (unless your court-assigned PO is Carrie Smith of Newton Municipal Court, in which case you do NOT need to pay OVM for the assessment)
- If you have questions about your specific situation, please call the OVM office (316-283-2038).
